How To Repair Corrupted USB Flash Drive or SD Card "Windows Cannot Format"

1. Open Command Prompt by typing CMD into the run box or just the bottom of the Start Menu
2. type DISKPART into the CMD prompt window
3. under the DISKPART(CMD) window type LIST DISK
4. select the correct disk by typing SELECT DISK number here
5. select the correct partition (usually only one) by typing SELECT PARTITION number here
6.  type CLEAN and press enter
7. once that is completed, write Create Partition Primary
8. Next step is type.. Format fs=fat32
